Trades • If you have a snake you believe I would be interested in, then I am more than happy to discuss trades. • Trades will only be completed when both of us are happy with what we are getting from each other. Payments • Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or PayPal. • Payment plans can be discussed if required (I appreciate we all have other commitments away from reptiles). • Discounts may be available for bulk purchases. • Snakes must be paid for in full prior to shipping or on collection. Deposits • A non refundable 20% deposit must be paid to secure a snake. • I will hold a snake for an agreed time, once a deposit has been received. Collection / Delivery • Snakes can be collected in person (from Dartford, Kent) or at any reptile shows that I am attending. • Snakes can be delivered by a dedicated reptile courier, at your cost. • I can arrange the courier on your behalf, if required. Guarantee • To the best of my knowledge, all snakes will be healthy, feeding and correctly sexed. • If for any reason, you have any concerns with your snake please contact me within 48 hours of collecting or receiving the snake. • After this time I will assume you are happy with your snake and from then on, can only offer you advice on caring for your snake.
